There’s a lot of great reasons to try being a photographer as a full time career. It can be extremely rewarding to taking photos and see where they end up. I started out as a photographer for the school I attended, and I took photos for the yearbook, the school newspaper, school productions, and a wide variety of other events. After a while I began seeing my work published all over the place, and it was very rewarding to see that my work was appreciated and used by so many people.
Later on, I began getting in to other areas of photography. There are so many areas of photography that it’s almost hard to comprehend. You could be a product photographer, a wedding photographer, a sports photographer a travel photographer or any number of other types. The choice is up to you and you need to just feel around for a bit to see what you like the best.
The thing to remember if you want to succeed in the world of photography, is that you have to keep going and never give up. There is a lot of competition out there and it’s going to be extremely difficult to find your own niche that you are comfortable in. This doesn’t mean it’s impossible, because it’s not, but it sure isn’t easy either!
It is very important that you get a good hold on some photography skills before you market yourself as a professional. You also need the right equipment and a good photo management system. I would do a search on the internet for a bunch of reviews about equipment before you decide what to buy, as there are many many options and you want to make sure that what you get is really what you need, not just something you think you need.

Art is relative to the person having the experience but most people will agree that seeing a picture of a fireworks display is a unique and pleasing form or art. Fireworks explode and light up the sky with a sparkle of colors that is dramatic and never the same. People are drawn to the movement, design and pattern of the art it creates.
One unique feature to fireworks pictures is that is not considered any particular type of art. People that enjoy the structure of more formal art enjoy the display of the fireworks in print and people that enjoy more contemporary find the art to be extremely pleasing. Perhaps it is because no two are ever the exact same thing but any work of art featuring the explosion of fireworks against the night sky is likely to have many admirers.
Even thought fireworks tend to be dramatic and quite exciting to watch in person there are many admirers of a fireworks picture that describe the scene as mystical, healing and spiritual. It seems that when the experience is captured on paper, the colors that are created speak in a different fashion to each person that views the picture. For example, when the movement of the light is captured streaking across the sheet of paper many people will describe it as being like a spiritual awakening. They will often describe the feeling of rebirth, newness and creation in their description. At the same time, a person can come along and describe the same picture as contemporary art with shapes, textures and colors being the theme of their choice of words.
Pictures of fireworks can make dramatic and unusual art for commercial buildings to appeal to the various people that come through them. For example, fireworks can be captured on film, enlarged and be the theme of an entryway. Alternatively, a smaller group can be striking in a long corridor as people travel down it. Art truly is an experience that is relative to the individual.

When looking to purchase a digital camera, one must weigh several options. Often the type of digital camera advice you might receive in a retail store will be limited to selecting the highest megapixels, or the smallest, sleekest in design. While those are important factors for many people seeking a camera to purchase, other factors must be considered. Digital cameras essentially come in two formats. There are DSLR (digital single-lens reflex camera) and those that do not operate on a single-lens reflex. Typically, someone looking for a DSLR camera will be interested in the photography itself and investing time and money into editing programs and lens upgrades. This is more or less a hobby.
DSLR cameras tend to be more expensive as the mechanics of such a piece of equipment is advanced. Additionally, these cameras tend to be larger in size due to the syncopation of the mirror and other components in the camera that cause it to operate. Many DSLR cameras are used by professional photographers and high-end hobbyists. These cameras offer a great deal of manual control over the image being photographed, from light filters, zoom, focus, and shutter speed. Generally speaking then, people looking for a smaller compact camera will not find a great deal of interest in a DSLR but rather in fixed-lens cameras which with today’s technology, offer excellent options.
A fixed lens camera (known often as a “point and shoot” camera) constantly exposes the lens to what is in front of the camera. Most cameras today provide a generously sized LCD display on the reverse side of the camera which acts as a viewfinder so that the photographer can see the desired outcome. These are popular among the general public as they do not require much maintenance or mechanical knowledge while still providing high-resolution photographs in a camera that often is the size of a small wallet.
